Cold chain: traceability

The new veterinary control standards for the distribution and agro-food professionals require the justification of the proper operation of their refrigeration facilities by recording their temperatures.

In its downsized versions, TOPKAPI offers a rather attractive answer to this need:

• a solution without paper recorders which impose intervention and maintenance constraints,
• log files management over several years with easy search,
• printing upon request or upon fault alarm signalling (with transmission to remote operators if required),
