Pour faire face à une croissance régulière, et pour accompagner la mise en place de technologies IT de plus en plus élaborées, nous renforçons notre équipe support technique afin de perfectionner une qualité de service reconnue et appréciée.
Poste et missions :
Au sein de notre équipe support, vous contribuez à une utilisation optimale du produit en participant aux missions assignées à cette équipe : Assistance téléphonique, conseils à l'utilisation, interventions sur site Formation des utilisateurs Tests, mises au point, propositions d'amélioration Développements de mise en œuvre et de fonctions du progiciel Documentation produit Vous serez en contact très régulier avec une grande variété d'utilisateurs. Des déplacements occasionnels (France et étranger) sont à prévoir. Vous bénéficierez d'une formation initiale qui vous permettra d'assurer progressivement des responsabilités d'expertise de plus en plus poussées, avec de réelles perspectives d'évolution si vous savez prendre des initiatives et réussissez dans ce que vous entreprenez.
Profil :
Bac+5, issu d'une école d'ingénieurs, débutant ou fort d'une première expérience, apte à maîtriser les technologies IT les plus avancées, vous souhaitez associer vos compétences techniques en informatique et/ou automatismes, et votre attrait pour la relation client. Vous maîtrisez un ou plusieurs langages informatiques (C++, C#, .Net, Java,...). Une pratique minimale de l'Anglais est indispensable, et des connaissances en Espagnol seraient vivement appréciées.
You are interested in distributing TOPKAPI in your country. Send us information on your company: turnover, number of employees, description of your activity, participation in trade fairs and exhibitions, if it exists your web site address, technical and human means of the department that would be in charge of marketing TOPKAPI, etc… Give us precision on what type of distribution agreement you wish to settle on. An exclusive distributorship is a way to guarantee you to fully benefit from promotion efforts you will undertake. In counterpart you must engage yourself to satisfactory results. Or a non exclusive agreement that may evolve later on in a more complete agreement. In return we will send you all the information related to TOPKAPI that may be useful to you as well as different detailed possible propositions of collaboration between our two companies.
You must have
a role of representation for goods or equipment yielding relations with
potential user of
TOPKAPI: industrial software and automation departments,
VARs, etc… and you are looking for a way to increase the range of
your offer in terms of products. At the time being you of course must
not represent companies marketing product in direct competition with
TOPKAPI (SCADA software with a MS-Windows OS).
Your work is to put in relation companies for international trade. You have a permanent implantation in a country where we do not currently have any representation. You are familiar with our field of activity and you feel capable to look for a distributor for TOPKAPI. You are favorable to the principle of a remuneration upon results.
