Graphic Operator Control Panel

 

 

TOPKAPI mmi enables to bring down to the workshop, at an affordable price, the power of the Topkapi's graphic operator interface, using standard hardware components: industrial Windows PC based computers, touch panels, etc.

 

TOPKAPI mmi is compatible with TOPKAPI Vision  applications developed for the central control room will be  converted to local workshop applications without substantial additional parameterizing.

 

 

TOPKAPI mmi offers most of the TOPKAPI Vision graphics features and basic functions required for plant control:

 

TOPKAPI Vision's graphic interface

display functions with direct access (single click) to any process screen

controls: remote controls, set point values, local values, acknowledgements, etc.

alarms/events views with selection criteria

graph trends

optional remote alarm notification module

PC Pentium II or above

2000, XP, or Vista

512 Mo RAM (XP) to 1 Go (Vista)

Control device: mouse, trackball or touch panel

Keyboard (or emulator when using a touch panel)

1 parallel port

1 acquisition port (according to the protocol: see protocols' list)

DEVELOPMENT

The development software is required to parameterize the application.

 

It also performs:

conversion of TOPKAPI Vision's SCADA software applications

generation of the runtime application after having made the few required modifications

 

 

The operating software (RUNTIME) operates only applications which have been recorded with the TOPKAPI mmi  development software.

 

The TOPKAPI Vision's development tools enable to read TOPKAPI mmi applications and to save them in their own format.
